Privacy Policy
Updated: 28 October 2026
Scope
PromptLens is an informational website presenting controls for enterprise AI data flows. This policy covers website visits and meeting inquiries. Visiting the site does not activate device monitoring or give the website access to prompts, conversations or files in other services.
Information you choose to provide
Meeting inquiries may include your full name, email, phone number, company or organization and role. Business inquiries may also include the inquiry type, a request for a presentation or demonstration, and a brief message. Providing this information is voluntary, not a legal requirement. Without contact details we cannot respond or arrange a meeting. Do not include passwords, access keys, classified information or personal data about others.
How inquiries are sent
The form is intended to open an email in your own mail application containing your entered details. Review the recipient and content and send it yourself. Opening the application does not confirm delivery. WhatsApp opens when you select its contact link and does not automatically include form contents.
Storage and purpose
The website code has no inquiry database, CRM, user accounts or storage of form fields in the browser. Inquiries are used to respond, discuss the product, arrange meetings and explore business opportunities at your request. Once you send an email or WhatsApp message, it may be retained in the parties’ inboxes and devices and by communications providers. An inquiry is not automatic consent to marketing.
Providers and technical information
The website is hosted on Netlify at promptlens.co.il. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, access times and technical data to deliver and secure the website, subject to its services and account configuration. The website does not enable advertising tools. Visit notifications are described below. Email and WhatsApp are subject to their providers’ policies, including possible processing outside Israel. Infrastructure providers’ retention periods are separate from the website operator’s inquiry retention period.
External tools and download websites
Following a link on the Developer tools page takes you to an external website not operated by PromptLens. When you access that website, its provider may receive your IP address and browser information and process data, cookies, registration details or usage information under its own privacy policy. These links do not include or automatically transmit your contact-form details. Third-party software is not hosted on the PromptLens website; the only software file offered for direct download here is PromptLens-Demo.exe. A demo download request may appear in the hosting provider’s logs, and a click notification is sent as described in this policy. This policy covers the website; it does not describe data processing within the demo software after it is launched.
Visit notifications
On the public website, Web3Forms sends the operator notifications for entries and demo download clicks only. No notifications are sent when a tab is hidden or a visitor leaves. Each notification includes the time, page path without query parameters, page language and elapsed time since loading. A notification is also sent when the demo download button is clicked; this does not confirm that the download completed. Notifications do not include form fields, histories of other clicks or a visitor identifier generated by this website. The provider may receive an IP address and technical information when processing the request. Delivery of entry and download notifications depends on service availability and limits and is not guaranteed. Reloading, navigating to another page or switching languages may generate another notification. Notifications arrive in the operator's mailbox; the website code has no database of them. Provider processing is subject to the Web3Forms Privacy Policy and may take place outside Israel.
Public visit counter
The website uses CounterAPI for a cumulative count shared across languages. The display includes a manually configured starting value of 720 plus the count since connection. This is not a count of unique people. To reduce repeat counts, a counting timestamp is stored in sessionStorage in the current tab for a 30-minute window. This local value does not personally identify you and is not included in counting requests. The provider may process IP addresses and technical request information under its privacy policy. Content blockers, errors and service limits may affect accuracy and availability.
To reduce duplicate notifications, service-confirmed entry timestamps are stored in sessionStorage in the current tab for a 30-minute window. A one-hour waiting timestamp is stored if the service rate-limits requests. These values contain no form fields or personal identifier. Not every page load therefore generates an email notification.
Cookies and preferences
The website code does not use tracking cookies or store inquiry details in localStorage. Accessibility preferences exist only in page memory and reset on reload. Language switching uses temporary display-position parameters in the URL, without form details.
Selecting a language or dismissing the English suggestion is recorded in sessionStorage in the current tab so the suggestion is not repeated during that session. Explicit language links are not forcibly redirected.
Access, correction and deletion
The website operator retains meeting inquiries for up to six months from receipt to respond and arrange the meeting. You may request access, correction or earlier deletion using the contact details below. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and proportionate identity verification. Email and WhatsApp providers may retain information under their own policies; this period does not guarantee deletion of copies controlled by providers or other recipients.
Operator and updates
Website operator and contact for privacy and accessibility inquiries: Shmulik Tubul, Founder of PromptLens. lensprompt@gmail.com · WhatsApp.
This policy will be updated if hosting, contact methods or processing practices change.
