Privacy Policy
Updated: 17 October 2026 | Operator and contact details must be completed before publication.
Scope
PromptLens is an informational website presenting workplace data-traffic controls. This policy covers website visits and meeting enquiries. Visiting the site does not activate device monitoring or give the website access to prompts, conversations or files in other services.
Information you choose to provide
Meeting enquiries may include your full name, email, phone number, company or organization and role. Providing this information is voluntary, not a legal requirement. Without contact details we cannot respond or arrange a meeting. Do not include passwords, access keys, classified information or personal data about others.
How enquiries are sent
The form is intended to open an email in your own mail application containing your entered details. Review the recipient and content and send it yourself. Opening the application does not confirm delivery. Until an approved recipient is configured, no information is transferred. WhatsApp opens only after an approved number is configured and does not automatically include form contents.
Storage and purpose
The website code has no enquiry database, CRM, user accounts or storage of form fields in the browser. Enquiries are used to respond, discuss the product and arrange meetings. Once you send an email or WhatsApp message, it may be retained in the parties’ inboxes and devices and by communications providers. An enquiry is not automatic consent to marketing.
Providers and technical information
There are no advertising or analytics tools and no calls to language models. Fonts and design assets are served locally. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, access times and technical information for delivery and security; hosting, logging and retention arrangements remain to be confirmed. Email and WhatsApp providers apply their own policies, potentially including processing outside Israel.
Cookies and preferences
The website code does not use tracking cookies or store enquiry details in localStorage. Accessibility preferences exist only in page memory and reset on reload. Language switching uses temporary display-position parameters in the URL, without form details.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask the operator to access, correct or delete information provided in an enquiry, subject to applicable law, retention duties and proportionate identity verification. Enquiries should be retained only as needed to handle them and meet applicable duties. Final retention periods and request handling will be defined before contact channels are enabled.
Operator and updates
The legal operator identity and privacy contact channel will be completed before publication and activation of enquiries. Contact channels are currently inactive. This policy will be updated if hosting, contact methods or processing practices change.
