Where is the system deployed?
PromptLens is designed to run on your organization’s infrastructure. Deployment requirements and coverage must be confirmed during technical evaluation.
How does traffic reach the gateway?
The planned deployment model routes traffic from managed devices through the gateway using configuration distributed through mobile device management (MDM).
Which AI tools are covered?
The product specification includes scenarios for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot. Actual coverage depends on tested integrations, supported services and deployment configuration; additional names in the diagram illustrate the intended architecture.
What happens when sensitive information is detected?
The intended policy actions are logging, alerting, masking sensitive data or blocking a request before transmission. Availability must be confirmed for the tested configuration.
Who can view content?
The product is designed to require authorization and a documented reason for viewing content, with access recorded in an audit log.
Does everything work offline?
License verification is designed to operate locally. Requests to external AI services still require an internet connection. The evaluation demo can run offline.
About the initiative
PromptLens is being built as an independent technology initiative to help organizations use artificial intelligence while maintaining control over the information sent to language models.
The system is intended to monitor traffic to language models, document usage and block transfers according to organizational policy. Our vision is to give organizations visibility and control over AI usage and help reduce exposure of sensitive information.

The initiative was founded and is developed by Shmulik Tubul, an AI developer and engineer with extensive experience in information systems, IT infrastructure and technical support. The product combines practical experience in organizational environments with AI development expertise, grounded in an understanding of organizational needs and the challenges of adopting new technologies.
